It is best to call any potential doula early in your pregnancy. I cap the number of births that are expected each month in order to best serve my clients. After spending time in our prenatal visits getting to know each other and learning about your wishs for your birth, I wouldn't want to miss your labour and birth....due to being at another birth! Birth and birthing are imprinted upon our souls. Women have been birthing babies since the inception of time. With support, education and gentle reassurance, we can connect to the deep, primitive part of ourselves that is necessary to connect with during birth. When we reach into our souls, access the strength that we had no idea we had, when we tap into the universal feminine energy of previous generations of birthing women, it is then that we are able to birth our babies!
